Eignungskriterien

• Tax Certificate

  • •Tenderers shall have their tax and duty payments in order (tax, VAT etc.).
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •Tax certificate issued by the tax authorities (maximum 6 months old). Foreign tenderers shall submit equivalent certificates from their home country.

• Vessel certificate/vessel instructions

  • •Tenderers must be able to demonstrate that they have certified vessels and have vessel instructions.
  • •Documentation requirements:
  • •Tenderers must present a valid Speed Certificate/Vessel Instructions for fishing and catch vessels issued by the Norwegian Maritime Authority for the relevant speed area.
